Vacuum salt, coated
This salt prevents seasoned meat from releasing its juices. It is coated with vegetable fats and is used, among other things, for marinades for grilled meat. This allows you to marinate the meat for hours without the salt drying it out. The coating only melts on the grill, at which point the salt begins to work.
