 
        Olio al peperoncino, seasoning oil made from extra virgin olive oil with chilli, Olio Roi
This seasoning oil is based on an extra virgin olive oil from the Taggiasca olive (95%). The olives are pressed together with the chilies. The light red oil smells and tastes intensely of chilies, but the spiciness is fruity and moderate. It seasons soups, pasta, vegetables, grilled meat and pizza.
