Ready-made mix for making vegan meatballs. 45% textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), partially deoiled sunflower seeds, corn granules, thickener: methylcellulose, onions, rapeseed oil, rice granules, flavors, spices, table salt, marjoram, beetroot. Preparation: Thoroughly mix 125g of the ready-made meatball mix with 225ml of very cold water and 2.5 tbsp (approx. 25g) of vegetable cooking oil, then leave to rest for approx. 3 minutes. Add chopped onions, herbs and spices as needed. Form the mixture into meatballs of the desired size. Heat a little cooking oil in a coated pan and fry the meatballs on a low to medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Store in a dry place, protected from light and not above room temperature.
