Ready-made mix for preparing vegan cevapcici. 44% textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), thickener: methylcellulose, partially deoiled sunflower seeds, onion, rapeseed oil, corn granules, corn flour, table salt, rice granules, smoked paprika powder (paprika, smoke), flavoring, natural flavors, garlic, spices, beetroot. Preparation: Thoroughly mix 125g of the ready-made cevapcici mix with 250ml of very cold water and leave to rest for about 3 minutes. Form cevapcici from the mixture with moistened hands. Heat a little cooking oil in a coated pan and fry the cevapcici on all sides over a low to medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. Store in a dry place, protected from light and not above room temperature.
