This Silvaner has a delicate, fruity aroma with wild, herbal attributes. It has a very nice minerality and a good balance. This wine is a great accompaniment to asparagus dishes. Jens Bettenheimer`s motto: My vision is to bottle expressive wines with rough edges that are characteristic of the vintage, variety and our chalky terroir. The journey is the destination.
