Zabardino, egg-based zabaione liqueur with Marsala, Alberto Marchetti

This egg liqueur in the style of Zabaione smells of Marsala and rum. Made from fresh egg yolks, it is airy and creamy at the same time, not thick like a pudding. It tastes great on its own and with desserts such as ice cream and fruit tarts.
