100% Nebbiolo Until 2018, Monferrato winemakers were not allowed to put the name Nebbiolo on the label. The grape variety was linked to the Langhe. This now legal Nebbiolo is delicately scented, has a crisp freshness, a good tannic structure and a rather elegant body. It tastes good with lasagne, game dishes and mature hard cheese.
