Chardonnay 75%, Sauvignon Blanc 25%. This Piedmontese cuvee combines the minerality of the soil and the golden color of the wine in its name. While the Chardonnay contributes a particularly fine, elegant fruit aroma, the Sauvignon Blanc adds freshness and vibrancy. 10% of the Chardonnay is aged in barriques, the larger portion in stainless steel barrels. A special recommendation with soft cheeses such as Robbiola, Brie, or Camembert.
