The Orange Wine and039;Corticesund039; was made from the old white grape variety Fiano. Unlike a typical white wine, it lies on the mash for 13 days and from this contact with the skins it extracts dyes (hence the orange color), tannins and aromas of herbs, apricots and orange peel.
