This vintage rose sparkling wine from Veneto is made from Glera, the classic Prosecco grape, and a maximum of 15% Pinot Nero. Its scent is delicately fruity with peach, apple, wild berries and citrus. On the palate it is fresh with a delicate but stimulating acidity and fruitiness. It is an excellent aperitif and also goes well with light dishes such as risotto and steamed fish.
