Intense but not penetrating scent. Aromas of apple, pear, quince and white peach. Plus sweet, fresh herbs of thyme, sage and white pepper spice. Pleasantly balanced, full-bodied and fruity. Very nice, velvety mouthfeel. Plus a lively acidity. Fresh, dry and long-lasting finish. Goes well as an aperitif, with seafood or Asian dishes.
