DE-ÖKO-022 The wine was made as naturally as possible: spontaneously fermented, unfiltered and unsulphured. The Silvaner makes it melt, the Müller-Thurgau gives the wine its flavor and the Scheurebe provides the aroma. Overall a very drinkable wine with aromas of apple, pear and gooseberry.
