Sardines in lobster oil, Groix and Nature

The basis for the lobster oil is grapeseed oil, into which the cooked and roasted lobster carcasses from locally caught lobsters are placed. Groix and Nature is a family run canning company based on the Atlantic island of `Groix`. A wide variety of canned fish, rillettes, soups and specialties have been made there for 21 years. During production, care is taken to ensure that the selection of raw materials is supported by the local, small fisheries, and the company prefers to hire residents of the island in order to create jobs there.
