Scallop Rilettes (St Jacques), Groix and Nature

The St-Jacques scallops for this Breton-style rillette are cooked with butter, shallots and parsley. Intense, juicy and simply delicious, a classic spread on fresh baguette or country bread. Characteristic of this rillette from Groix and Nature, as with all products, is the high proportion of fish, the raw materials from local fisheries and the processing according to traditional recipes on site on the island of `Groix` in southern Brittany.
