The Salsa Brava is undoubtedly one of the classic sauces in Spain and is served with `patatas bravas`, among other things. The salsa is spicy, aromatic, slightly spicy and not only goes well with potatoes, but also with grilled meat, vegetables or gnocchi. According to the traditional recipe of the Salcedo family from Navarra, this salsa brava is made with tomatoes, pimientos de piquillo, onions, garlic and refined with a little white wine. The cayenne pepper and allspice give the sauce a slightly spicy note.

Tomatoes (50%) (tomatoes, salt, citric acid), peppers of the Piquillo variety (piquillo, salt, citric acid), tomato paste (7%) (tomatoes, citric acid), onions, white wine, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic , sea salt, paprika powder and cayenne pepper. Store cool and dry. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
