This clear chicken stock can be used very easily and directly as an instant powder. it is ideal as a basis for clear chicken soup with various ingredients, poultry velute, poultry sauces and all poultry dishes. The chicken stock is also ideal for Chinese cuisine. Use: Simply sprinkle in boiling water or in the food to be cooked, bring to the boil, done! Dosage: 20g to 1 liter of water.
