The old meadow fruit varieties have character: acidic, rich in tannins, aromatic and intense in taste. In the nose you can feel the tart aromas of green tea, dried flowers, hay and fine yellow fruits. In the taste you taste a finely fruity start of apple and pear. The tannins of the tea are well distributed, with green tea aromas coming through at the end.
