Single malt whiskey Duncan Taylor Highland Park 18 years, 54.1% ABV, Orkney

From the renowned independent bottler Duncan Taylor. Very nice sherry cask aging. On the nose and palate first buttered raisin rolls (without cinnamon), then emphasis on light dried grapes with hints of fennel and apple, honey and a tiny bit of smoke. Distilled 06/2004, bottled 08/2022. 331 bottles were produced.
