An oil made from olives from the mountain slopes of the southern Peloponnese in Greece. The green-yellow oil is unfiltered and therefore slightly cloudy. The strong flavor and naturalness of the product meets the spirit of the times and trendy tastes. It has a spicy, nutty flavor with a charmingly spicy finish. It is ideal for cooking, for refining dressings and salads, and for pure enjoyment.
