Ingredients
Ready mix for preparing vegan eggs based on German field beans. 25% broad bean protein, corn flour, chickpea flour, thickener: methyl cellulose, carrageenan, gellan gum, natural flavors, psyllium husk, salt, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, turmeric. Preparation: For one egg: mix 10g of the mix with 50ml of cold water thoroughly with a whisk until a smooth batter forms. Put the batter in a coated, oiled and preheated pan and fry over medium heat. Turn the fried mass after about 2-4 minutes. After another 1-2 minutes, use a spatula to break up the egg mass (like a conventional scrambled egg) or fold it into an omelet. Then season as you like. Tip: Suitable for delicious vegan egg dishes such as scrambled eggs, omelets or French toast. Store dry, protected from light and not above room temperature.
