Hollandaise Sauce, also known as the `Queen of Sauces,` is a classic base sauce in traditional cuisine. Egg yolks are whisked until frothy in a water bath and enriched with butterfat. This creates an emulsion (a fine distribution of water and oil) with the finest flavor. Sossenkonig uses a different method, which makes our Hollandaise sauce stable at high temperatures and versatile in its applications. By using fresh A2 butter with its natural whey, we have created a truly unique flavor. Refined with white wine, fresh herbs, or thinned with hot asparagus stock, it is the perfect accompaniment to asparagus, vegetables, fish, or meat.
