Yakinori leaves are made from seaweed and are mostly used to make maki sushi. Rice and other flavor ingredients are rolled into the leaves. The long roll is then cut into pieces of equal size. These leaves can be processed immediately. Attention: Yakinori leaves should only be consumed in small quantities due to their high iodine content.
