Bamboo mat for sushi making, natural, 24x24cm, round chopsticks

These bamboo mats are used to roll typical Japanese maki sushi. A nori sheet is placed on the rolling mat, and the sushi rice is spread evenly over it. Then the filling is added, and everything is rolled up using the bamboo mat. This requires a bit of dexterity, but it usually works quite quickly.
