A 3-layer, multi-layer stainless steel pan. The Alchimy series features a brushed finish and riveted stainless steel handles, making it suitable for all hob types, including induction and ovens. The multi-layer construction results in better heat retention, more even heating, and precise heat control. This series does not have a sandwich base, which would reduce performance. Very practical: they can be used in the oven and are dishwasher safe. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handles stay cool even during cooking and are firmly riveted.
