Multi-layered stainless steel frying pan, 3-ply. The Alchimy series features a brushed finish, riveted stainless steel handles, and is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and oven use. The multi-layered construction results in better heat retention, more even heating, and precise heat control. This series does not have a sandwich base that would reduce performance. Very practical: oven-safe and dishwasher-safe. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handles remain cool to the touch during cooking and are securely riveted.
