This is the top wine from the house of Friedrich Becker and has been an insider`s tip for many years. Top selection from the Heydenreich vineyard. Grown on very poor limestone soil. Traditionally fermented in open fermentation stands and matured in barrels made from the best French and Palatinate oak. Filled without filtration. Strong, dense ruby red appears in the glass. Wonderful scent of black fruits of cherry and strawberry, vanilla, tobacco, forest floor and chocolate. Powerful, dense, elegant and caressing in the mouth with endless game and full-bodied aftertaste. This wine has great aging potential.
