This is an absolute gourmet ponzu in the best Kansai tradition from one of our favorite brewers, Suehiro from Tatsuno-shi. The scent of yuzu, the acidity of sudachi, the sweetness of daidai and the round flavor of yukou fruit come together perfectly in this amazing ponzu sauce! The shoyu base in this ponzu is of course of the very best quality and what`s more, Suehiro only uses real Japanese konbu to make this premium product (no extract is used). Although this ponzu is made without katsuobushi, you won`t miss it - thanks to the ingenious combination of its high-quality ingredients.
