This is an absolute gourmet ponzu in the finest Kansai tradition from one of our favorite brewers, Suehiro from Tatsuno-shi. The aroma of yuzu, the acidity of sudachi, the sweetness of daidai, and the rounded flavor of yukou fruit harmonize perfectly in this amazing ponzu sauce! The shoyu base in this ponzu is, of course, of the highest quality, and Suehiro uses only genuine Japanese kombu to create this premium product (no extract is used). Although this ponzu is made without katsuobushi, you won`t miss it-thanks to the refined combination of its high-quality ingredients.
