2020 Sans Souci Blanc, dry, 11.5% vol., St. Eugene

Grown on limestone-rich soil in the Languedoc region, this wine is made from the fungus-resistant Cabernet Blanc variety, a so-called PIWI wine. It has a golden-yellow color and aromas of exotic fruits. On the palate, the wine is fresh, finishing with a balanced fruit and acidity structure.
