Domaine du Coquerel Calvados VSOP, 40% ABV, France

For this blend, the Calvados matured in new oak barrels (Limousin oak) for at least 4 years. An extremely complex bouquet with notes of candied fruit and ginger bread, evolving into wood and vanilla. Supple and structured with fine fruit accents and pleasantly soft spicy aromas on the palate.
