Colour: Brilliant salmon-colored with brilliant reflections due to the short maceration of the Pinot Noir before pressing. Bouquet: Crisp, fresh, lively and elegant on the nose. Fine notes of fresh white blossoms, peaches and light fruits with some cherries. Flavors: Lively on the tongue, delicate and well-structured, full-bodied, balanced with fine mousseux and persistent. The full finale confirms the impressions of the bouquet. A full and very well balanced Cremant. 12 months aging on the lees.
