Special selection of the best base wines, six months aging in French oak barrels. Nutty components with a smoky appeal, delicate notes of wood are accompanied by aromas of Mirabelle plums, quince and ripe honeydew melon, has bite and class. Uncompromisingly dry, but very nicely balanced. The grapes come from the Saumur appellation, so this sparkling wine is a Cremant de Loire from a small part of the growing area.
