DE-ÖKO-006 Excitingly lush pear and grape fruit on the nose, complemented by fresh hints of white flowers, subtle nutty aromas of hazelnuts, very complex. Balanced play of pear-fruity sweetness and mild tingling acidity in the taste, long, multi-faceted finish, harmoniously carried by a subtle tartness. Ingredients: grape juice from Müller-Thurgau, Kerner and Portugieser, apple and pear juice and spices. The old apple and cider pear varieties come from the landscape-shaping orchards along the bird sanctuary at the foot of the Swabian Jura, handpicked, ripened and carefully processed in the Geiger manufactory.
