For this dark bulgur, wheat is first roasted, then peeled and steamed. After drying using a special process, it was crushed. Bulgur is a popular ingredient in Middle Eastern cuisine for vegetarian dishes such as tabbouleh. It is rich in nutritional values and is also ideal for salads and soups. The taste of bulgur is reminiscent of hazelnuts. The cooking time is about 12 minutes.
