Chicken egg yolk powder is pasteurized and spray-dried egg yolk from freshly cracked and separated chicken eggs. The quality is excellent for the production of mayonnaise, a wide variety of sauces, ice cream, various baked goods and pastries (leavened dough, sprayable dough, etc.), pasta, various creams and much more. To obtain runny egg yolk, mix 1 part egg yolk powder with 1.25 parts water. If necessary, first mix the powder with other dry ingredients before adding the water
