
Pigskin pink, Gin rose, Silvio Carta
This delicate gin is distilled with an infusion of herbs from the maquis such as juniper, sage, myrtle leaves and mugwort. It owes its color to another infusion of wild buds. It then ages in old chestnut wood barrels that previously contained the wine made from the Vernaccia grape. It smells clearly of myrtle and tastes delicately spicy of herbs. 40% vol.
