Frozen Sacher cake base with poached pieces of apricot, whipped cream and chocolate icing. CREAM, apricots, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY LECITHIN, natural vanilla flavor), sugar, EGG WHITE, BUTTER, WHEAT FLOUR, YOLK pasteurized, honey, salt, bourbon vanilla. Store at a maximum of -18°C. Do not freeze again after defrosting. Thaw at room temperature for about 2 hours. Shelf life at +5°C approx. 3- 4 days.
