The bees of the Marques de Valdueza collect the nectar of the wild flowers that bloom in the Dehesa in Extremadura. The honey has fine floral notes and a slight spiciness. It tastes good on toast, in yoghurts and muesli. Once it has crystallized, it can be made more liquid again by heating it up.
