The spicy tomato-based sauce is beautifully creamy with almonds, hazelnuts and bread. The roasted hazelnuts in particular give it a nutty, harmonious aroma. In the end it has a fine spiciness thanks to paprika. It is traditionally served in Spain with fish, meat and poultry, and is popular with grilled dishes.
