The gin with the fresh, slightly tart taste is made with botanicals that grow near the sea like sage. The citrus fruits come from Silvio Carta`s own garden. The gin has a slight saltiness and citrus notes. 41.5% vol. In 2020 he won a Gold Award at The International Wine and Spirits Competition.
