Selected giant olives without pits in combination with onions, garlic, olive oil and parsley. Ready to serve as a tapa. According to the traditional recipe of grandmother Ana Maria, which has been passed on for generations: intended as a small salad starter with simple but tasty ingredients in difficult times. Today, as in the past, the onions are hand-cut into juliennes and mixed with a bit of garlic and parsley. Serve with white bread and a cool white wine. Simply delicious!
