WIBERG brown basic sauce, pasty, for 15 liters
Taste: strong beef and veal, rounded roasted note, pleasant onions and root vegetables. Use: as a stand-alone sauce for red meat, ideal for making ragouts, stews, stews and a la minute dishes. The basic sauce is made without the addition of flavor enhancers and is lactose- and gluten-free. Dosage: 200g to 1 liter of water or a full bucket to 15 liters of water.
