DE - ORGANIC - 001 Best before date: 30.09.21 Only while stocks last! This ancient wheat variety is the ancestor of today`s durum wheat. The grains are about twice the size of regular wheat grains. Kamut is mainly cultivated in North America and Southern Europe. Due to its excellent gluten properties, Kamut is ideal for bread baking. Other baked goods that would otherwise use wheat or spelt acquire a pleasantly hearty, slightly nutty flavor from Kamut.
