PH - BIO - 141 Coconut water should not be confused with coconut milk! While both come from coconuts, they are different products. Unlike our coconut milk, which is made from the flesh of freshly harvested coconuts, coconut water is the natural, clear liquid found in freshly harvested green coconuts. These young, green coconuts are harvested very early, as this is when the coconut water has the highest nutritional value. The freshly harvested coconuts are processed immediately. The coconut water is gently heated and bottled right away.
