Intense and pure currant fruit on the palate, also with notes of red fruits. It has a velvety texture with a hint of herbs. Less sweet and not as deeply colored as conventional cassis from industrial production. An ideal basis for the classic Kir Royal or other numerous cocktails and long drinks. Also good for pure enjoyment or over ice cream.
