Made with the same care and love as the classic sesame oil. Golden sesame results in an oil with a very fragrant bouquet and should be enjoyed raw and gives dishes the final touch when seasoning. Yamada Sesame Oil Manufacturing Company was founded by Yukata Yamada in Kyoto in 1934 and has been family-owned since then. The products are carefully selected by hand and obtained using traditional methods and only by pressing.
