Rotelle are small, round pasta wheels with a diameter of 20mm. This pasta originates from Italy and is made from the finest durum wheat semolina, but without eggs. The Dedicato line is made from 100% Apulian wheat and produced using bronze dies! With `Dedicato alla nostra terra` (Dedicated to our land), Granoro aims to promote products grown in Apulia. `Our tradition is closely linked to our land. With the Dedicato line, we want to contribute to the sustainability of Apulian agriculture and create a direct connection between farmers and consumers, based on shared values such as environmental protection, preserving tradition, and the authenticity of the products.` This line is dedicated to our region of Apulia, which is known for pasta, but also for numerous other products.
