This sparkling pear wine made from the Champagne pear variety is the queen of non-alcoholic wines. Elegant and highly exclusive. Light, less sweet, yet alcohol-free. The nose is captivated by the aroma of the Champagne pear, with delicate notes of dried pear. White blossoms and brioche notes are imparted by the wine`s extended lees aging in the Champagne bottle. On the palate, you`ll experience a restrained sweetness and well-integrated acidity. The refined taste of the Champagne pear lingers with subtle tannins in the delicate finish. The Champagne pear variety has been considered a top-class wine pear for over 200 years. It has borne its name since 1797, as an exceptional sparkling wine was already being produced from this rare variety before then. Also available in 0.75l bottles (item 56237).
