DE - ECO - 003 The `GANZ HORN` vineyard in the sunshine always proves to be the most purist of our vineyards. Salty, mineral notes evoke the pebbles of the slope`s gravel soil, followed by a spice reminiscent of ginger and ripe citrus fruits. After a short time, the wine unfolds, and the yeast notes typical of a young Riesling underline the whole. The wine is also characterized by a fine salty, mineral acidity; its never-ending length and its multifaceted, complex, elegant finesse demand further sips. Like all Rebholz wines, the wine has great aging potential. 97 points in the Gault Millau.
