Apricot brandy, 45% vol., Miniature, Gölles

For this brandy, the apricots are pitted before they are mashed. Only at a later point in time is a small part of the stones added again in order to achieve the typical core tone in an intensity suitable for this elegant distillate. Our apricot brandy is characterized by a fine, floating scent of fully ripe apricots and a pronounced, fruity aroma on the palate. The almond tone from the core remains very discreetly in the background. Not least because of this, the brandy is particularly clear and straightforward and has an intensely fruity finish.
