Soy sauce - Crystal clear soy sauce
Best before date: March 29, 2023. Only while supplies last! Soy sauce is watery-white or clear. It is suitable for enhancing the flavor of the ingredients used without altering their color. This crystal shoyu is unique in Japan and is obtained through a special distillation process developed by Fundodai. To experience and understand the product, we recommend simply mixing it with wasabi and tasting it. Use it for fish and meat carpaccio, or as a white foam for roast beef. The possibilities are very diverse.
